Remember

When I need to remember to take something with me when I leave the house, I usually put it in a spot at the end of the kitchen counter. I’ll pass by it on my way out the door and see it. If I leave it somewhere else, I likely will forget about it. I need the visual reminder. I do the same thing with lists. When I need to remember to do or buy something, I add it to a list. Living Courageously

It is natural to be inspired by the bravery of others.  There are times when I reflect upon the sacrifice of my grandparents and all that was required of their generation to overcome the threats of a second world war.  These moments of reflection are both humbling and inspiring.  I have similar emotions when I hear about the bravery of first responders who are often running into danger rather than away from it.  Or even when I think about the examples of courage that are...
